The demonstration began at Jardinets de Gracia, continued along Passeig de Gràcia, and concluded at the Arc de Triomf. Protesters carried Palestinian flags and signs denouncing the genocide, while calling on Spanish and European leaders to sever ties with Israel and impose an arms embargo. The protest was supported by more than 500 organisations and was also aimed at pressuring governments to take stronger action following Israel’s interception of the Gaza aid flotilla. Many attendees wore black in mourning for the victims.
