https://tankie.tube/videos/watch/f07fff61-812c-4b30-8096-2f69dd3d2104 During an interview with MEE Live’s Mohamed Hashem, Syrian research analyst Orwa Ajjoub argued that, from a US and international perspective, the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) “has no reason to exist” after abandoning multiple prisons holding ISIS prisoners in north-east Syria. “The whole existence of the SDF rests on the idea that they are fighting ISIS and are taking care of ISIS prisoners,” Ajjoub said. His comments come after the Syrian government and the Syrian Democratic Forces agreed to an immediate ceasefire across all fronts on Sunday, following days of clashes in which the army reclaimed large swathes of the country’s north-east.
