Boxing, wrestling, and BJJ do not include meditation or chi cultivation because those martial arts do not come from cultures or sub-cultures that practice meditation or use chi or even know about them. But does that mean meditation or chi use has no value? I was once called a “Chi master,” and said to be fooling my students by proving some “chi” techniques are simple science. The individual believed I have “powerful chi” but was teaching that the “mystical” things I do is attributed to science. Was dude correct? Can chi be used to heal, harm, or keep twenty people from being able to move you? Can meditation make you stronger, faster, and more aware? This week on Warrior Class the Instructors get into it. Join us.
