First Palestinians enter Gaza through reopened Rafah crossing https://tankie.tube/videos/watch/ce15f2a2-4b52-4a5d-9587-5c368e7ea058 After nearly 18 months, the first 12 Palestinians have entered the Gaza Strip through the Rafah border crossing on Monday. The Rafah crossing between Gaza and Egypt reopened on Monday on both sides for the first time in nearly two years after Israeli forces destroyed it and kept it closed. Following the announcement of a partial reopening on Sunday, Israel completed the establishment of a checkpoint inside the crossing. Under the new arrangement, 50 Palestinians will be permitted to enter Gaza from Egypt each day, while approximately 150 Palestinians will be allowed to leave the enclave daily.
