Einbinder also challenged what she called a central hypocrisy of Zionist leadership: insisting Jews and Israel are inseparable, then condemning antisemitism when anger over Israel’s genocide is misdirected at Jews as a whole. She said breaking this conflation publicly is essential, and noted that those invested in maintaining it react with hostility precisely because it undermines the political shield protecting Israel and its atrocities.
