Interview w/ Rushan Abbas, Uyghur Activist and ex-Guantanamo Bay Translator

Join me for a discussion with Rushan Abbas, a Uyghur Activist who has worked at Guantanamo Bay and some of the highest levels of the US Government. Rushan describes herself as a survivor of Chinese oppression and who has lost contact with her sister in Xinjiang. We will discuss her work, activism, sister and upcoming documentary film. We probably won't have enough time to engage with audience questions in the chats, but I'll be donating all proceeds from any Superchat questions/stickers that do come in during the livestream to the China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation charity.
