As the world marks International OCD Awareness Week (October 12–18), CGTN Health Talk explores the link between anxiety, avoidance and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). In this episode, Wang Zhen, vice president of the Shanghai Mental Health Center, explains why anxiety in and of itself isn't inherently harmful.
