Speaking from Tel Aviv, Graham accused Hamas of consolidating its power in Gaza, saying that he "would encourage President Trump to unleash Israel to go finish off Hamas" if they do not give up their weapons within a given time frame. Graham's comments come as Israel continues to violate the ceasefire in Gaza, with reports of shelling in Rafah on Monday and as aid restrictions continue to leave Palestinians without basic supplies and medicines.
