Good was shot and killed by an ICE officer during an immigration enforcement operation on 7 January 2026. Video footage captured from one of the agents’ perspective shows Good in her vehicle and telling the agent, “that’s fine dude, I’m not mad at you,” before shots were fired as she attempted to drive away. Federal officials have said the agent acted in self-defence, claiming Good “weaponised” her vehicle, while eyewitnesses and local authorities dispute that narrative, saying she posed minimal visible threat.
