RBC-Ukraine reports this, citing the Telegram channel of the Zhytomyr region police. “In the morning of January 31, a conflict arose between a TCC serviceman who was carrying out mobilization measures in the Novohuivynska community and a local resident. Random passersby later joined the dispute. As a result, a scuffle occurred, during which the serviceman fired a shot from a blank-firing pistol that he had with him,” the statement says. In turn, police officers of the response sector of Police Department No. 1, who were at the scene, stopped the conflict. None of the civilians were injured; there are no bodily injuries.
