The strike hit an apartment in the predominantly Christian town of Ain Saadeh, and The Lebanese Forces Party, an anti-Hezbollah Christian party, identified two of the dead as Pierre Moawad, a local party official, and his wife Flavia. According to Lebanon’s ministry of health, at least 1,460 people have been killed and 4,430 others have been injured by Israeli strikes since 2 March, when this latest round of fighting between Hezbollah and Israel began.
