https://tankie.tube/videos/watch/68dc8e5a-1056-4684-8a71-d271c4045892 Yesterday, Trump stated plainly that he’d be willing to sacrifice the people of Los Angeles and San Diego to win the war on Iran — an illegal military escalation that in reality, he has already lost. And despite Trump's rhetoric, the threat he invoked to whip up a deeper frenzy against Iran is deeply misleading: Iran doesn't even have missiles that can reach the continental United States! Washington continues to escalate its illegal conflict with Iran while invoking the possibility of catastrophic consequences as justification for escalating it further. Trump’s absurd, yet horrifying statement perfectly encapsulates the logic of imperialism: fueling the military industrial complex regardless of the human cost. We deserve a system that puts people and the planet over war profiteering.
