The plane had taken off from Ankara and was on route to Tripoli before it crashed, killing Mohammed Ali al-Haddad and the four others on board. Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya said that radio contact was lost with the jet shortly after take-off and authorities found the wreckage in the Kesikkavak village in Ankara's Haymana district.
