You may make her sweat, make her hotter, maybe even make her lose her breath… but if you make her water, you’d better not drink it if you’re in the desert or during a crisis and think it will sustain you or save your life. That is NOT H2O. What IS water? Why is it so important, no matter the weather, your environment, whether you are young, old, sick, well, a worker, a scholar, a couch potato, or an athlete? How much water do you need a day? Can skipping water for a few days hurt you? Can you get your water from Kool-Aid? Beer? Fruit juice? Is drinking too much water harmful. Can you drink salt water or urine in a pinch? How do you gather and store water for a crisis? On this Warrior Class, the Instructors will break down the do’s and don’ts of water for you so you can survive and thrive. By the way, is Tyla Black? Colored? Asian? Should you care? Find out Saturday at 1pm EST on Black Liberation Media.
