And just this morning, air attacks struck Gaza’s northern cities of Beit Lahiya and Gaza City, and its southern city of Khan Younis. Is this really a ceasefire? Gaza’s government accuses Israel of breaching the truce 107 times with airstrikes and artillery fire. Three Israeli soldiers have also been killed in attacks by Palestinian militants. Despite these violations, the truce has continued. But little is decided about the next phase of the ceasefire.
