In a separate court decision, an appeals court ruled that Tufts University student Rumeysa Ozturk must be moved from Louisiana to Vermont - where she is due to have her bail hearing on Friday. Columbia student Mohsen Mahdawi was released on bail from a detention facility in Vermont after his lawyers successfully overturned an attempt by Trump lawyers to keep him detained while his case is heard.
