China unveiled a domestically developed T1200-grade ultra-high-strength carbon fiber material on Wednesday, becoming the first country to achieve industrial-scale production at the hundred-ton level. Developed by China National Building Material Group, the fiber's diameter is less than one-tenth that of a human hair, yet its tensile strength is roughly 10 times that of conventional steel with only a quarter of the density. Thanks to these performance advantages, the material is expected to find wide application in strategic emerging industries, including aerospace, the low-altitude economy and humanoid robots, supporting the development of next-generation high-end equipment and advanced manufacturing. 📺 Subscribe to our YouTube channel and stay updated with our latest analysis and interviews:👇 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgrNz-aDmcr2uuto8_DL2jg 👈 Download our APP on Apple Store (iOS): https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cctvnews-app/id922456579?l=zh&ls=1&mt=8 Download our APP on Google Play (Android): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.imib.cctv For more: https://www.cgtn.com/video
