Every day he’s like a million dollars, he’s like a million. I’m like, habibi, I don’t even want that much,” says Mamdani. Ackman, a staunch supporter of Israel who frequently criticises Mamdani over his support for Palestinians, has spent more than one million dollars in efforts to oppose Mamdani’s candidacy.
