Abou Shhadeh highlights how even Netanyahu’s former right-wing allies, once staunch defenders of military power, are now breaking ranks. Figures including Moshe Yaalon, Dan Meridor and Dan Halutz warn that Israel is sliding from occupation into full-blown societal collapse, where religious extremism threatens the delicate balance that once sustained prosperity.
